The welcome and service were good, though I thought the prices should be more reasonable compared with the other options.

The house was roomy and spacious, and it scored 9.4 on Booking.com. We only had two issues: the pans had damaged bottoms, and the garage remote was out of battery, so a neighbor had to open the garage for us.

The town center is only a two-minute walk away, and the area itself is quiet even though it's next to the industrial zone. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living-dining room, a kitchen with a dining table, and two bathrooms, one en-suite with a hairdryer. Picking up and returning the keys was easy. The mattresses looked new but were firm, which is down to personal preference, and we didn't sleep well because of noise from the neighbors.

It's easy to explore the town on foot, with plenty of bars and a nice promenade, and there are nearby towns worth visiting too. The apartment was cozy, with an elevator and an attentive host. Parking was available nearby, and the location was quiet. The one drawback was the low water pressure in the shower.

Briviesca is a charming town, and this was a comfortable, well-equipped house for enjoying the Las Merindades and Arlanza region. The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the location was very quiet with plenty of parking.
