The views over Broto and the waterfall were spectacular, especially from the huge pool and terrace. The garden was beautifully kept, and we loved exploring it. After a few days of hiking and camping, we spent one night in the beautiful deluxe studio, and it couldn't have been better. It was stunning, well equipped, and private, with its own terrace, a very comfortable bed, and a modern, clean bathroom. Pedro was warm and welcoming. He's got a hidden gem at the top of town. We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back. Thank you, Pedro!

The location is idyllic, with everything in Broto within easy walking distance. The town is small and charming. Torla is closer to the national park, but I liked Broto and this lodging so much that I'd stay here again. We had the suite across the whole top floor, with no neighbors and views of the mountains and even a waterfall. It was about the size of a one-bedroom apartment in the States. In shoulder season, we paid an average of $80 a night. Pedro Pablo puts his heart into the place, and you can see it when he serves breakfast each morning for $6. You'd be a fool to skip it. I found tomato marmalade can be better than any fruit one. A mountain haven as good as it gets, with absolutely no negatives I can think of. Highly recommended!

I contacted you around ten days ahead, not at the last minute. You replied only yesterday and accused me of lying because my parents-in-law apparently don't count as real relatives. I paid the full price for your services, including the 100% cancellation fee, so I feel entitled to leave a full review. I messaged you on March 17 th asking for a little human understanding. A simple reply saying nobody else wanted to book or that it wasn't possible would have been enough. Instead, I got one response yesterday accusing me of lying about my family being sick. I met my full payment obligation, so I don't understand why you say I didn't pay, or claim you replied multiple times. I didn't physically stay there, but I did deal with you, the host, and a homestay is about the home and host. Rather than getting angry and defensive, you should improve your response time and show some compassion. You never know what someone is going through. Calling people liars and aggressively pursuing their money seems odd to me. But you do you. Good luck and happy Easter. I attached proof that I paid for the stay and that you didn't answer my message. I wrote on March17th and again on April6th to let you know you'd charged me, with no reply. You only replied yesterday, and I can attach that too. EDIT: I have to remove my screenshots because he is reporting the images to nullify this review.

The house is amazing, with everything you need and more. Pedro Pablo pays attention to every little detail from the start and makes you feel at home. Everything was perfect.

Besides being a really lovely stay, you can learn something new every day from a cultivated host. Pedro Pablo, thank you. The breakfast was great, too.
