We had a wonderful family stay at YOMO BCN Port, with three rooms for six adults and three children, and everything worked out perfectly. The genuinely friendly, helpful staff and tasty breakfast with a good variety made each morning easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated being close to the port for our cruise, and liked the hotel enough to add another night after the cruise before going home. It’s centrally located but calm, with easy walks to Las Ramblas and Plaça de Catalunya and a short metro ride to Passeig de Gràcia for Gaudí’s houses. I’d highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a central, peaceful spot in Barcelona. We’ll definitely return on our next trip!

The staff really stood out, and the location worked great. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and it suited a business stay well.

The receptionist was kind and understanding, and gave us a full refund. We checked in, then left immediately, just as another guest was doing. The room and beds were so bad that some Spanish prisons must have better ones. I wouldn't pay more than 30 euros a night for a place like this. Avoid it at all costs.

I was left stranded and really disappointed when my reservation was canceled at the last minute. There was no proper explanation, and nobody tried to help me find another option. Travelers rely on confirmed bookings, so this kind of unprofessional service is outrageous. I'd strongly tell others to stay away unless they're willing to risk having their plans ruined without warning.
