Arenas Atiram Hotel

I loved having water and coffee stations on different floors. You could get room-temperature water, sparkling water, or cold still water, and it all tasted great. There were Nespresso machines and pods, plus a nice range of teas. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, smelled great, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was included, though we never made it down. The area is quiet and residential, so it’s not the easiest place for quick trips to the main attractions, but the bus and hop-on hop-off options make them easy to reach.

There’s a big mall close by, and you can use an e-bike, taxi, bus, or underground to get around. The hotel itself is quiet, with spacious rooms, large closets, nice amenities, and thick blackout curtains. Breakfast was solid. I especially liked the juices and pastries.

Everything you need for getting around is close by, including transport, cafes, bikes, pharmacies, the metro and trams. The hotel is okay, though the breakfast buffet costs a lot. My favorite part was the refillable water stations and capsule coffee machines on some floors.

The reception staff seemed disdainful even when I asked simple questions. The Wi-Fi was very weak and kept dropping out, the rooms were basic, my phone didn't work, and the ironing board was broken. The so-called gym was so poor and empty that they should either invest in it or tell guests they don't have one. Awful hotel, definitely not four stars, maybe 2.5. Don't bother.
