Hotel Pradas Ordesa

Small rooms, a basic breakfast they call 'enhanced', and a restaurant that serves breakfast only, with no dinner or other service. It's a budget choice south of Ordesa park. If you book expecting one large bed, you may end up with two small ones.

We booked by phone and got a better price for three beautiful nights. Our two-room accommodation was comfortable and very nice, with a jacuzzi that helped ease our muscles after the tracks. The location is perfect, and Monica at reception was especially lovely and gave us excellent tips for the area. Well done!

The breakfast was adequate, and the staff made a real effort for my wife, who is coeliac. I think the woman in the restaurant even ran to the supermarket to buy all the gluten-free things they had. I should have told them before we arrived. Staff speak good English, and despite the issues, yes, I'd come back. The bed was comfortable, but the wifi was poor, slow, and kept dropping out. Netflix had the same problem, perhaps because of the location. Parking cost 10 euro per night for a pretty poor spot, while motorbikes got the best bays for free, so I took off a star for that. Maybe I'll come on my bike next time, or use the large public car park 100 metres down the road.

We chose this place for its fabulous location and stayed two nights. The rooms were adequate, and both the breakfast and staff were superb. There's a large underground car park. The hotel is on the town's only road, opposite and close to bars and restaurants. We said we'd return.
