I ended up losing the voucher because the only date the owner offered was a Monday, and I couldn't go then because of work. She said there was no weekend availability for another 3-4 months. That came after I had to keep trying to reach her, since she didn't reply to my emails, WhatsApp messages, or calls. When I finally got through and asked about the jacuzzi shown in the photos, she said it wasn't part of the offer and would cost €80 extra. The voucher had seemed like a good deal, and the photos made the hostel look nice, with breakfast and dinner included. It was meant as a getaway gift for my partner and me, so I was excited at first. But after reading comments from people who had stayed there or at least "tried" to, I figured I hadn't missed much by not going. I absolutely don't recommend this rural guesthouse. They take advantage of your money. The rooms are quite poor and nothing like the photos, according to the hundreds of negative reviews I read, and the breakfast and dinner are best left unmentioned. If you're going to waste the money, you'd be better off having a nice dinner at an expensive restaurant.

The place itself was lovely, with a welcoming feel, friendly staff, and a beautiful location. We really liked it. The disappointment was what came with our Groupon booking. The description promised cava, chocolates, rose petals, and candles, but we got none of those, just a plastic rose on the bed. It also implied the room would have a jacuzzi and terrace, though only one room had those, and it wasn't the one we were given. The stay was very good, but they should pay closer attention to the details and check what they're promising on sites like Groupon.

The staff were attentive and accommodating, and the food was quite good. Everything was tastefully decorated. My partner and I stayed last night in the "Llimó" room, which had a magnificent whirlpool tub and a private outdoor terrace. There's a pool nearby for a relaxing dip without crowds, then a hammock in the shade of the palm trees to unwind in. It was a pleasant experience.

The way they spoke to us on the phone was enough to put my partner and me off staying there. They first hung up without answering, then on our callback the owner, I assume, curtly and rudely told me to call on Monday because they don't work Sundays. Since when do accommodations not work Sundays? What if I need the place for tonight? Anyway, maybe they have too many customers, though it doesn't sound like it. They've lost two, my partner and me, and I won't have good word of mouth to spread among my friends. If that's how they treat potential customers over the phone, I don't want to imagine what it's like in person. Hope your Sunday was pleasant and peaceful. Best regards.
