For hospitality, I'd give it 8/10. The breakfast rate gets 9/10, as do the service and reception. Elena, the owner's daughter, gets 10/10. They get a 9/10 for trying to meet requests when they can. There wasn't a hair dryer, but they provided one, so 9/10. They booked us a taxi from Buñol to Valencia for 50 Euros, that's 10/10. The figs at breakfast get 10/10, and so does the free coffee, which some 4 or 5 star places don't offer. By the way, these grades are based on my own experience and my personal scale: 9/10 = Waaaw 8/10 = Superb unusually, really good 7/10 = Good good 6/10 = Medium average 5/10 = bad Imagine what 5 and below would mean. My personal rating is based on my own visit, and the rating is based on the following marks::

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at, with excellent service. It's family-run, and they were so supportive. We arrived late and hungry after the restaurant kitchen had closed, but they still made us food, which was really kind. We stayed for two days during Tomatina 2017 with our young daughter. They arranged a very good Nany to look after her so we could enjoy Tomatina, and they bought our festival tickets too. Everything was planned and organized really well. Thanks so much to Elena and her family for all their support.
