The hotel was cheap, €75, and good. On our walk back, there were lots of African men standing around in the area. They weren't doing any harm, though it looked a bit strange to see so many.

The rooms are okay, the hotel is great, and the spa is good too. The service was nice and quite helpful. Still, I can't rate it higher because the Wi-Fi was very poor and didn't reach the room.

The service was perfect, and Burela has a bit of charm. I travelled alone and felt safe walking to restaurants in the evening. There's parking nearby and a really nice wine bar. Breakfast was very good, with fresh orange juice and a grilled croissant, or whatever you fancy. My room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed, good heating and insulation, and a clean, roomy bathroom. The value for money is unbeatable. They don't offer bathrobes, slippers or champagne, but what they do provide is much better than the rating suggests. I'll be back!
