The little welcome touches were nice: the heating was on when we arrived, and there were two liters of milk and pastries for breakfast. But the flat is on the third floor, there's no elevator, and the staircase is very narrow. Noise carries from the rooms, and at night we heard a lot of footsteps on the stairs and doors banging. We weren't able to choose our beds. The double bed they'd made up wasn't very comfortable, and the bunk bed was completely uncomfortable. There's little furniture, and the chairs are peeling. What looks clean is clean, but moving furniture or looking up reveals dust bunnies.

It's centrally located, and the service was great at first. The apartment was dirty, though, and the bunk bed was falling apart. They didn't make any effort to fix it, and after we complained, the service became awful. There's no elevator or parking. We definitely won't stay again.

The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from the center of Burgos. We found it fantastic, with top-notch service and great value for the price.
