We've stayed here four times. The rooms are very clean, and although the decor is a little dated, it doesn't get in the way of comfort. The staff are very friendly, and some speak English. There's a nice bar area, and we always have dinner here. Great value at €14 for three courses, with four choices, bread, and half a bottle of wine. Good food for travellers.

The staff were superb, and the food was good. It's a clean hotel at a reasonable price, with fine rooms, though the place feels a bit tired and could use an update. It's about 8kms outside Burgos in a kind of industrial area, easy to reach, but there's nothing to walk to once you're there, so location gets 4 stars.

Free parking and a charging station for electric cars are handy. Breakfast is included and good, and the restaurant has a good menu for lunch and dinner. A nice hotel for one or two nights while travelling.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and it was nice that they spoke good English. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the interior is a bit outdated. The service was good, with decent English, and the food was okay, especially since it came with the room. It arrived within a few minutes, which made me think it had been reheated. If you need somewhere in a pinch, this place is welcoming and works well. I didn't give it five stars because of the very dated interior and the food.
