The apartment itself was nice, but getting the caution fee back is a real problem. Once you've moved out, it seems nearly impossible to recover the advance paid to rent it.

Jose, the owner, has been completely unreliable. He said he'd call, but I'm still waiting, and he hasn't explained anything. I know there are empty apartments, yet he won't rent them or even give me a clear no. Instead, he keeps sending me around in circles. The reviews speak for themselves, so I don't recommend this place.

After a month of trying to rent an apartment, we gave up. Jose, the concierge, kept promising to call back in about 20 minutes and never did. When we went to speak with him, we found around six other people dealing with the same thing, and he wasn't there. On another visit he showed up but refused to talk to us. He doesn't answer the phone either. We had all the paperwork and money ready to pay as soon as he asked, so if he leaves apartments empty, it seems to be because he simply doesn't want to rent them. After reading the other reviews, we understand why people don't trust him. Terrible management.
