The location works for an overnight stop before flying out of Madrid. Beyond that, I’d look elsewhere. The room felt outdated, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, and the mattress needs replacing.

The hotel was a little tricky to spot. As you head down the slip road, watch for the large gates on the right. Inside, the room had plenty of power outlets and a desk, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious. It was very clean, the staff were courteous and efficient, and breakfast was a good cold buffet.

The receptionist was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Still, there’s little reason to stay here unless you have to. The hotel is off the motorway in a depressing area, and its old common spaces aren’t very pleasant.

The hotel is in a quiet spot a few minutes from the town of Guadalajara, which made it nice for relaxing. I only stayed one night, but got the sort of service you’d expect at a decent hotel. It was clean, the customer service was good, parking was free, and there was a TV and free Wi-Fi.

We arrived to find the gates locked, and nobody answered the intercom, phone, or email. We had to find another hotel nearby. Since we’d prepaid through Booking.Com, we lost our money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
