The jacuzzi was amazing. Our room was comfortable, pretty, and clean, and the bed and pillow were very comfortable too. The staff were friendly and attentive.

At least it was clean, and the girl who handed us the keys was very friendly. But we were practically the only guests and still seemed to get the smallest room, right above the street door. I’m 5'5" and my feet stuck out past the end of the bed. The mattress sagged in the middle, too. The hostel staff were clearly having a wild party, coming and going. I only slept better in the car, with my headphones on and meditating.

The staff were really attentive, and the place was clean and tidy. Nothing fancy, just comfortable.

The staff were so friendly, and we were very comfortable here. Our room, 204, had two single beds, a TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the AC was quiet. We also appreciated that the area was calm, with no party noise, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. The restaurant was closed while we were there, but we found places nearby for breakfast and other meals. Next time we'd choose a room with a mini-fridge, since we would have found that useful. We'd happily recommend the hostel.

The rooms were clean and renovated, and the location worked well for a few days exploring the lagoons. A good hostel. If I'm back in Ruidera, I'll be in touch again 👌🏽
