The service we got from Yolanda when we went to Moncloa de San Lázaro to make our complaint was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. Our stay at Casina de Terobe from August 18th to 24th, though, was a very bad experience. The house was dirty, the kitchen lights and Wi-Fi weren't working when we arrived, and most of the beds made so much noise whenever we moved that they were uncomfortable. The upstairs bed was the exception. What disappointed us most was the garden. We booked because the Moncloa de San Lázaro website showed one, but there wasn't a garden at the house. Once we raised the issue, the garden photo was taken off the site that same day. If we'd known, we would have booked somewhere else. We weren't satisfied with the stay and won't return to this house.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and towels, shampoo, and shower gel were supplied too. The house has three floors, with three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi was an issue, and parking right outside is limited, though it was easy enough to find a space along the long street. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The porch and garden aren't right by the house as Booking.com seemed to suggest. They're about 50 meters away, along a path through vegetable gardens. Still, the place itself is charming, cute, and very clean. The only thing I'd improve is the soundproofing between rooms. Everything else was perfect.

The service was excellent and the house was especially clean. We couldn't be happier with it, it was fantastic in every way. 100% recommended.

The service was really friendly and very good. Everything was great, and the place has everything. I'd give them a 10.
