Apartamentos Mansaborá

We arrived from far away and were met and treated like this, which was a real shame. The apartment at Plaza de la Concepción 19 was large and central, but filthy: floors, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, and utensils were dirty; the sheets had stains and hair; there was dust everywhere and some light switches were missing. A couple of listing photos are from this apartment. They had first told us our booking was for Calle Parra, then changed it two days beforehand because of a problem. Reviews on other sites say this happens often. When I told the woman about the condition, she challenged what I said instead of offering a solution, even though we had photos and a video. We had to insist that she come see it, and ended up arguing to get the full booking amount refunded. She wanted to charge us for one night despite the place being uninhabitable. They showed no consideration. Be very careful with glowing reviews from years ago and recent ones from 2023.
