What really set room 101 apart were the little touches. The spotless kitchen had oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, and napkins. There was a washcloth and even a box of tissues in the bathroom, plus three irons and ironing boards downstairs. The shared vending machine had snacks, water, coffee pods, bandages, deodorant, and other things. The owner has thought of so much. The room itself was perfectly clean and quiet at night, with everything we needed. The bed, linens, pillows, furniture, bathroom, towels, shower, and well-equipped kitchen were all high quality, and it was nicely decorated. My husband and I have been traveling around Spain for six weeks and stayed in lots of places. Plaza Mayor 35 was the best. A perfect 10 for us.

The location is exceptional, and the place was quiet and spotless. Our host helped us before the trip with parking advice, then gave us recommendations when we arrived. Highly recommend.

The owner is lovely, and the apartment is beautifully done, with so much care in the small details. You can pick a room that suits a couple, friends, or a family. Even with restaurants and shops just below and the old city all around, the windows keep out the noise and light. If you find this place, definitely book it. I highly recommend it!

We stayed five days in the studio, with spacious views over the Plaza Mayor. The bed was large and very comfortable, and there were several pillow options. We could stream our shows on the smart TV, and the WiFi was fast. David and Emanuelle's apartments are stunning and right in the center of Caceres. The tasteful interior made us feel welcome straight away, with every amenity we could want. The staff were wonderfully welcoming, and everything was immaculately maintained. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Cáceres, this place will exceed your expectations.

We had the suite for seven nights, and its huge private terrace looks out over the square. The bed is big and very comfortable, with a choice of pillows for fussy sleepers like me 😉. The apartments are spotless, and all the staff are really friendly. David and Emanuelle’s apartments are gorgeous, right in the heart of Caceres. The tasteful decor and amenities made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. If you're looking for somewhere in Cáceres, don't hesitate, you'll love it.
