The welcome was nice and the location was great. I only stayed one night, but really liked the room, it was clean and had all the comforts. I'd happily return.

The hotel is a lovely little place, with old buildings renovated beautifully and plenty of thoughtful details for a short stay. The price felt fair, the location is convenient, and the receptionist was really friendly. My only issue was that the bathroom cleaning chemicals smelled far too strong for me. That's a personal sensitivity and may not bother other guests. I recommend it.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was inexpensive and within walking distance of the old downtown. But there's no shared guest space such as a courtyard, bar, restaurant, or rooftop deck, and there are few places to eat or drink within a few blocks. Also, the advertised balcony is really a full-length window that opens onto a railing, with no room to step outside.

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are a good size, cleaned daily, and have effective air conditioning. The location is good too.

The staff were so warm and welcoming. It's a modern, very nice hotel in a perfect spot, under five minutes from the main plaza and close to the cathedral. My room was comfortable, especially the large bathroom. Just note that breakfast isn't offered.
