2/10
The bathroom was badly worn, with cracked tiles, rust, and moldy sealant that looked like it had gone without care for ages. The air conditioner was so loud it kept us from sleeping properly. The breakfast space didn’t look clean either, and the reception and breakfast staff were unfriendly and not much help. For a hotel charging four-star prices, this was nowhere near acceptable. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The rest of the stay was adequate, and so were the other staff. But the check-in clerk, Pedro?, was no help at all. He took his time and barely explained anything, especially how parking worked. He made it pretty clear he didn’t want us there.

Juan Jose Iglesias was especially attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, with quiet, modern rooms. Breakfast was good too, and the staff were very attentive.

A shabby room and bathroom, nowhere near the condition I expect from a four-star hotel. The receptionist was rude, and the breakfast staff were just as unfriendly. Really disappointing. I wouldn’t return.

The buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had, and the restaurant was surprisingly good too. We found the room spotless, with a lovely bathroom and a sea view on one side. Staff were friendly and helpful. Underground parking was €15 a day, very handy since the town gets packed. A great place for the price, recommended.
