The location is good, and having laundry facilities was a nice extra. But the room doors are small, heavy, and awkward, and the keypad doesn't stay lit, so entering the code in the evening is difficult. The bed situation was too small and pull-out. The bathroom has almost nowhere to put toiletries, and the lighting is poor. Even though the instructions say towels are serviced only every three days, a maid came in on the second day while I was showering. There isn't a Do Not Disturb sign. The remodel feels cheap, from the materials to the standard Airbnb-style decor in most rooms, and it doesn't look as nice as the pictures.

The location was excellent, and the apartment in this beautiful palace was clean and lovely. That king bed was so comfortable. Highly recommended.

The staff made things easier for us, even though we only spoke with them by phone. They were attentive, friendly, and professional. We also loved being able to walk to the market, beaches, historic landmarks, and streets in the heart of Cádiz. The hotel blends modern, stylish decor with historic charm, and its warm atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. It exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended.

The mattress was heavenly, and the room felt like five-star quality. It was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being so central. The building is beautiful and elegant, with high-quality finishes and marble floors throughout the room except in the bathroom. There's a car park just a minute's walk away. It costs 19.95€ for 24 hours, or 14.95 if you download the app before entering. I don't mind that there's no receptionist there all the time if it means paying less. Very highly recommended!
