Tándem Pópulo

I'm giving it a 1 because 0 isn't an option. There was a COCKROACH in the bedroom and a stinking drain smell. The WiFi was terrible and never worked. Staff didn't answer our messages, and we stood outside for 20 minutes waiting to check in. They also seem to think it's fine to simply charge your card 150€. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean, and the location was great. Still, the bathroom had mold, and the smell of damp and sewage was unbearable. A sewage fy was spotted, and the electrical outlets were crooked. The paint job wasn't nice either. We waited outside for 20 minutes for directions to get in because the phone numbers on the telecom weren't in service after a certain hour, and no instructions had been sent. Refer to the pictures. We left after the first night and were still charged for all three nights booked.

Rocío took wonderful care of us and answered all my questions with such kindness. The apartment was fantastic for location, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort. We had a fantastic stay. Long live Cádiz and its people!

The quiet was the best part. Even right in the city center, we couldn't hear a thing inside. In our ground-floor apartment, the bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and we had everything we needed. A few things could be improved: some bathroom heating would help since the ducted air conditioning didn't reach it, a mop would be useful, and the refrigerator motor vibrated a lot and was quite noisy. Those small issues didn't take away from the experience.
