I stay here for work now and then, and the staff are always friendly. Everything you need is just a short walk away, and the rooms are good quality, with a kitchenette and en suite, and cleaned daily. The rooftop room beside the swimming pool is especially nice. There's a beer vending machine in the lobby, and coin operated laundry facilities. Reception can give you change if you ask. A very good stay, and I'm looking forward to coming back. We stayed at Isa Cádiz for four days, and the Wi-Fi never worked reliably. ISA blamed the weather, but we had a stable connection elsewhere in Cádiz, even on our phones. Since we were working remotely, it was really stressful and we had to use mobile hotspots, which cost us extra. The customer service was worse. ISA didn't help us find a solution and refused, despite several requests, to reimburse our expenses. It's ironic that they call themselves a "digital hotel" and only offer online check-in, while basic internet wasn't available. If you need dependable Wi-Fi or expect customer service, I'd avoid staying here.

We wanted somewhere that would welcome our two big dogs, and this place was just right. They'd thought of handy little things like washing up cloths, kitchen roll, a bread board and tongs, which made our stay much easier. We'll keep an eye out for ISA Hoteles in other regions.

The roof sun terrace and pool were nice, and breakfast was worth paying for. Standard rooms have a window, and the air conditioning was good. The photos are of Soho Boutique accommodation. Reception staff all speak English and do their best to help. I'd recommend staying here.
