The only thing that made us uncomfortable was what happened at dinner. My boyfriend and I would come in with five or six other guests, and the staff member greeting everyone would ask only us for our room number. Maybe it was random, and I understand checking is part of her job, but being singled out made us feel somewhat marginalized. I don't think she meant any harm. I just wish the same rule had been applied to everyone, or to no one. Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything else.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and we had an amazing time with my boyfriend. We were glad we paid extra for all inclusive, it was so worth it. The food is basic, but does the job if, like us, you still enjoy going out for dinner away from the complex. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main areas of Cala d’or. We'd definitely recommend it!

A great stay, with excellent rooms, service, bar, and reception. The team made it especially memorable: Macarena, Papi Chulo, Cappuccino, Shakira, Nutella, Brasil, Barbie. They were full of energy, friendly, and always made us feel welcome. Thanks to them, a good hotel stay turned into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!

Our room faced the beach and had an incredible view. It was spacious, and the food had a delicious range of options. We also enjoyed the activities and shows put on by the entertainment team, who were attentive throughout our stay. When we had trouble with the toilet, two plumbers came to the room and fixed it quickly. The location was handy too, with shops, restaurants, and bars nearby and the other strips a short walk away. From the friendly welcome onwards, we loved the experience and can't wait to stay again.

The staff made our holiday feel special, from the waiters and bartenders to the reception and cleaning teams. They were all welcoming, kind, and fun. Special thanks to Pipe, Macarina, Cappuccino, and Brazil, we'll remember you! At Barcelo, my partner Tom and I had an amazing stay. Our spotless room looked over the pool, the food had lots of delicious choices, and the beach was just a short walk away. We can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!
