Avani Alonso Martinez Madrid Hotel

The location is a big plus, right downtown in the elegant Chamberi neighborhood and just two minutes from Alonso Martinez underground station. The room was spacious, refurbished, and stylishly decorated, and I appreciated how attentive the staff were from the moment I arrived. There was a buffet breakfast each morning with both sweet and savory choices, including local Spanish products. Avani Alonso Martinez Madrid will be my first choice when I visit Madrid again. See you soon!

I liked the exotic pictures used as decoration, and there was a large table that was handy for working on a laptop. The bathroom was really spacious and even had two hairdryers, a thoughtful touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly staff made for a great atmosphere, especially Rene, who greeted us with a big smile and gave us good tips for nearby restaurants. We felt well looked after and would stay again. The hotel is centrally located. Our standard room was good, though it had no view, and breakfast was very good.

Filtered water and refreshments were available throughout our stay, and breakfast was lovely, though it could get quite busy, especially on weekends. As a couple, we had a delightful stay at Avani Hotel Madrid. Our room faced the internal courtyard, so it was quieter away from street noise, but had limited light and view. That was reflected in the room rate. The bathroom was the highlight, with lots of space, excellent water pressure, and amenities like a bathrobe. One of the best hotel bathrooms I've had all year!
