Coming back after a day in the city feels like coming home. You have complete privacy, but the office managers are always there for you. From the second you enter the building, they treat you like friends or family and do everything they can to help you feel comfortable and safe, and ready for a new day out. The cleaning staff are professional, respectful, and kind. The interior, equipment, and comfort are all at a very high standard, and the location is unbeatable. Leaving always brings a soft sense of sadness, and I can't wait to return. Thanks for all the amazing moments so far!

I stayed here in May and couldn't have been happier. Marga was amazing, and the cleaning staff kept the place impeccable. Thank you for everything!

We spent about four months here, from February to May, and it felt like home. The apartment had everything we could need and was exceptional, with everything brand new in a renovated building. It's right in the heart of Madrid, highly recommended. The staff were incredibly attentive. Marga at reception took care of everything and is a truly lovely person.
