MarSenses Natura Olea Hotel

The food was top notch, both for quality and choice, and we ended up eating at the restaurant every evening. The staff there were fabulous, especially Javi and Christian. Our five night stay exceeded expectations, and we'd definitely return and consider other Marsenses hotels. The one bedroom apartment was fabulous, fully equipped, clean, and modern. It could've used drawers in the bedroom and some storage in the shower room. The location was far enough from the bustle but only a five minute walk from the beach. The layout is a bit quirky, with a small reception and no lounge or communal area, and you have to go back outside to get to the rooms.

The hotel restaurant was fantastic, with a couple of excellent meals and drinks and great service. Angel was my favorite person there. The cleaning team also did a great job, especially Mariely. And thank you to Angelly, an outstanding manager who was so nice and did a fantastic job running the hotel. She recommended I try P'amboli, a local food, and now I'm addicted to it! Mallorca was my favorite stop on my Spain trip, which included Madrid/barcelona, and the hotel deserves 99% of the credit for its amazing amenities, staff, and overall experience. I felt welcomed and cared for the entire time, and the facilities, bathrooms, pool, rooms, and every other part of the hotel were in beautiful, clean condition. It felt like a luxury stay from start to finish. I loved every minute and 100% recommend it. There's no better value and NO BETTER HOTEL IN SPAIN!!!

There were some real positives: the staff were friendly and polite, the pool area was nice, and the food had a good selection and variety. The sangria was lovely too. Reception, pool, and grounds were clean. Our room in block C was on the ground floor, away from the main building. It felt damp, and there was a significant problem with millipedes and cleanliness. The room was cleaned on alternate days, but millipedes were left in doorways and the bathroom corner. The patio wasn't cleaned at all during the holiday, and bird muck on the wall was never removed. The duvets had no covers, and our view looked over an unused dining area at the adjoining Hotel. From photos in other reviews, some rooms seem to have been refurbished while others haven't.
