We’ve stayed here before and will definitely come back. The rooms are very good value, and there’s a communal fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and other useful things. Check-in over the phone was quick and easy, and the cleaning staff were friendly and courteous in the mornings. It’s in a great spot, a two-minute walk from the main street in the new park of Cuenca, and five minutes from the start of the old city, or about 20 minutes to Plaza Mayor.

I stayed here in mid-November (2017). The room and bathroom were okay, and I liked that the TV worked well, even though it only had some view channels. The one issue was that I couldn’t get hold of anyone if something went wrong. My shower head was broken.

The rooms are nicely decorated, well equipped, and cleaned every day, so I thought the price for the quality was very good. The location was good too. The owner was very friendly and even let us keep the room until 6pm on the day we left.

The room was clean, even with the very dated decor, and the place could be nice with some work. It needs a refresh and less furniture: the couch takes up half the room, and the huge chairs leave the TV stuck in the middle. The old lamps, or at least their bulbs, need replacing since more than half don't work. The air conditioning barely cooled the room, which was horribly hot for sleeping even though it was cooler than outside. (Violetta room)

A handy place for an overnight stop, with underground parking. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and there are bars and restaurants close by.
