Esperanza, Miguel, and Jesus made our stay special, from settling me into a spacious, lovely apartment to helping me find activities, shops, hikes, and sights around this magical area. The bright bedrooms had lots of storage and cozy bedding, and the apartments were modern and spotless, with a generous kitchen stocked with all the gear you could need. I loved the cheerful living area and the sculptural tiled bathrooms, especially the mosaic art by Esperanza herself. The location is great, near Casas Colgadas and the Museum of Paleontogy. My favorite place in Cuenca, and I can't recommend this gem in the Tiradores enough.

We were four people in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. It was spacious, modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with great Wi-Fi and TV. The hosts were so welcoming and friendly, they felt like family. There were only two small issues: we could have used some oil and spices for cooking, and the shower door in the shared bathroom wouldn't close properly. Thanks for the hospitality. We loved our stay and will definitely come back. Such a gem, and there's so much to explore in the city.

It was warm and comfortable, a lovely place to stay in winter. Esperanza and her husband made us feel right at home. We arrived at night in the rain, and they guided us by phone and were always available to welcome us. They treated us wonderfully and shared routes and tips on food, cultural sites, and more. There is so much to see in the area, and we hope to return many times.

The owners were very friendly, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We had a really pleasant stay. It’s ideal for a family trip and fully recommended.
