We had a very pleasant stay and would come back. The apartment had a good location, plenty of room for two, strong heating, and a small kitchen that worked fine. Everything was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower felt cramped and uncomfortable, though, and we could hear other guests using the stairs and coming and going in the entrance corridor. Those were minor drawbacks for us.

The bathroom was damp and filthy, and there wasn't even any soap. Dust was everywhere, including the dining table and kitchen counter. My wife couldn't sleep because the sheets hadn't been changed and had hair on them. The sofa bed was broken, and its bedding was dirty. We stayed the first night because of the children, but I felt ripped off. It's disgraceful to ruin families' holidays like that.

Good value for the price. Make sure they send you the right door codes, though.

There's no air conditioning, and the sofa is really uncomfortable to sleep on. I wouldn't recommend it. We had requested an early check-in since we were arriving at 11 am, but they messaged us on WhatsApp about a delay. We ended up waiting outside until nearly 4 pm while they cleaned the apartment.

The ground-floor apartment was run-down, with a terrible bed and a sofa that was laughable. The washing machine and coffee maker were the one decent thing about it.
