Hipotels Flamenco

The facility is new, but I wouldn't spend extra for a side sea view. What you can see depends on the floor you get. I was unlucky to be on the first floor and had no view from my room.

The food was our favorite part. It was delicious, with plenty of options, so I think anyone could find something they like. The pool was nice, and the gym was really clean and tidy. We loved the hotel's interior design, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, right on the beach with easy access, and our clean, beautiful room had amazing beach views. The only thing we missed was a coffee machine, or at least a kettle for tea and coffee. It was the perfect choice for our first time in Mallorca.

The renovation looks nice, but that alone doesn't make this a good hotel. It isn't worth four stars or the price, which is simply too high. Most of the staff were unpleasant, and the hotel doesn't seem to listen to guests or do anything about staff friendliness. After a long trip, we asked at reception for a glass of water or juice and were told to go to the bar and order it. I'd only been in the hotel for two minutes. On our first night, Sofía raised her voice when we were ordering water because she couldn't work out whether we were paying together or separately. Once she understood, she didn't even apologize. One evening bar waiter was completely out of line. He would try to kiss you, touch your back, and even massage you. That kind of physical behavior from strangers is absolutely unacceptable. I came to relax, not to be hit on by staff, and it really ruined the atmosphere. The food was completely inedible. The so-called Gala Night was a joke, and some regular nights were better. They even ruined something that should be hard to get wrong, like rice with soy sauce. It was completely tasteless. The beef steaks were terrible, and we only had them once in nine days. The food definitely wasn't four-star level, barely three stars. The cleaning ladies were nice, but the cleaning itself was very poor. The floors were dirty and the beds weren't properly made, just thrown together. On the last day, when I got sick, the lunch bar staff were actually kind. They asked if I was okay and gave me a blanket, so thanks for that at least. It's sad that the hotel doesn't listen to its guests.

The sea-side location was a good fit. Cala Millor is quiet but still has enough liveliness that it doesn't get boring. We were a family of three and had a fantastic holiday, with nothing to complain about. The hotel is fully renovated, and our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. All the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and dinner were really good, with lots of choice. Thanks again to everyone who made our holiday such a great experience.
