Protur Atalaya

We had a lovely stay at this holiday apartment on one of the beautiful beaches of the Spanish islands. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and the hospitality and service were excellent. Shops and restaurants were plentiful nearby, and the beach was only a short walk away. I’d gladly return and recommend it.

We felt at home here. The location and view were lovely, and the beach was only 2 mins away. The apartment was spacious, and the staff were very kind. We also appreciated getting a sheet with useful information in our native language. Just a couple of small things could be improved: there was a sewer smell in the bathroom, and the kitchen didn’t have a colander.

We were on the 8th floor, and the view was amazing. The pool was spotless, with loads of beds, and we spent our time there instead of going to the beach this year. The apartments are right in the centre, just down the road from the beach. I’d stayed here before the renovation, and this time the apartment was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I saw comments about extra charges for cleaning: clean towels are 2 euros per person and bedding is 4 euros, which I think is fine. There were cleaning supplies in the apartment and plenty of toilet rolls. I’d absolutely recommend the place, and want to thank the staff for making our holiday.

The hotel is in a perfect spot, about 3 min on foot from the beach, with nice bars and restaurants all around. The room and facilities were simple and a little basic, but that was fine for me. My two main complaints were the lack of a coffee machine, so I had to go downstairs to buy one from the vending machine or settle for instant coffee, and the dusty plates, glasses, and cutlery in the room. We had to wash everything, which wasn’t pleasant to find in a hotel apartment.
