I had a lovely sea view from a comfortable room, and the pool was nice too. The food was really tasty, the staff friendly, and the atmosphere relaxed. I checked out before breakfast, but they still let me eat earlier, which I appreciated. Reception were especially helpful: they lent me a European plug adapter when I’d forgotten mine. Drinking water was available in the lobby. I’d happily stay again.

The buffet had good variety and solid food, and the pool area was spacious with plenty of sunbeds. This adults-only hotel has a calm atmosphere and good facilities. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Good value for money, and a great pick for a quiet holiday in Fuerteventura.

Back from our holiday, and we’ll definitely return. The food was excellent, the hotel very clean, and everyone was friendly and helpful. It’s a 10 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. We stayed all inclusive.

I don’t usually review a place after a holiday. I make an exception when the experience is unusually good or bad, and this one was bad enough that I can’t keep quiet. My girlfriend and I spent 10 days at Bluesea Golden Beach in a private pool apartment. The worst part was a theft inside the hotel area, in our apartment while we were asleep. We used to leave the sliding terrace door open at night for fresh air, thinking a secured hotel area would be safe. At around 5:20 a.m. on January 20th, 2026, we woke to a bearded man slowly opening the terrace door, moving the curtain aside and sneaking in. He wore a baseball cap and was about 170 cm tall. We shouted, and he grabbed the backpack nearest the door, jumped over the fence and disappeared into the night. At reception, I asked about camera footage. They told me they had no security cameras and that incidents like this could happen throughout the area. They said we should have locked the doors and windows. The hotel didn’t apologize or show any empathy, saying this could happen anywhere and that we should have looked after our things better. After something like that, I expected at least an apology, some reassurance about security, or a simple question about whether we were okay. None of that happened. It was shocking and deeply disappointing. There were other problems from arrival. The terrace glass door was dirty, the pool light didn’t work, and a bedside reading lamp was broken. The bathroom flooded after every shower, and after heavier rain the whole terrace flooded because there was no proper drainage. At some times in the morning and early afternoon we couldn’t get hot water, even after running it for 15 minutes. Reception said the pipes were very long and suggested letting the water run longer. The bed was uncomfortable, on wheels, and shifted with every small movement. The mattress springs squeaked audibly. The pool bar was meant to be open daily from 10:30 to 18:00, but it was closed several times in the middle of the afternoon, just when a cold drink would have been welcome. The hotel is uncomfortable, doesn’t meet its advertised standards, and doesn’t feel safe. From the start, there were inconveniences that shouldn’t happen at a hotel in this category. The reception response to our backpack being stolen from our room while we were asleep showed no empathy at all. To us, it felt as though Bluesea Golden Beach didn’t care about its guests. Choose your holiday place carefully and take care of yourselves.
