Really good service, a very good breakfast, and a nice swimming pool.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have the amenities needed for a few nights. They're cleaned every day, and the balconies are roomy and well covered from sun or rain, though there's no view. The large bed was comfortable, the bedroom had a built-in wardrobe and a makeup table, and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is less than five minutes' walk from the center and close to everything. Prices are really good, and the employees are very friendly and willing to help. There are several drawbacks. It isn't a quiet place to relax, and the balconies are so close together that there's no privacy; people can hear you talking as if they were in the room with you. There's no small fridge, and internet costs money and is slow. The rooms have no air conditioning, so they get very warm, though the hotel offers a fan. Breakfast could be better, with cheap cheese and other low-cost products. The hotel was full of German guests, which got annoying and made it feel like Germany rather than Spain. Employees speak German but not English, which seemed strange to me, and everything is written in German and Spanish, not English. It's a good hotel, but it could be much better.

The beaches were great, but our stay at the apartments was frustrating. We arrived around 10 in the morning on a Tuesday and had trouble communicating: none of us spoke German or Spanish, and no one there spoke English or Dutch. We did eventually get a key, and the apartment was roomy and quite nice, but several things were wrong. The fridge was broken and held together with tape. The water seemed to have a lot of chlorine in it, enough to hurt my eyes when I opened them in the shower. The old, damaged shower curtain let water leak all over the bathroom. There were no pots or pans except for one dirty pan that looked like it had been there for at least a decade. Every plate was dirty when we arrived, and there was no kettle. We also needed towels after showering. It took four employees and eight hours of asking several times to get them. Sebastian was great and went to fetch the towels, then helped us get onto the bus back to the airport. The employees were a bigger problem than the hotel or apartments, except for Sebastian. The beaches are 500 m to 1 km away on foot, and the town was okay. We still had a great vacation.

The hotel was super clean, and the rooms were comfortable and nice. Breakfast was great too. The atmosphere was friendly and family-oriented, not a place for party groups. Employees were all kind and ready to help with anything you need. If you want a party-group hotel, choose somewhere else: management keeps an eye on that and will put a stop to partying.
