They were helpful from the day we made the booking. We had some personal problems that had nothing to do with the accommodation, and the host was understanding and helped get everything sorted out perfectly.

We found this place while spending a weekend in the area, and it turned out to be a great choice. It was very clean, and the small welcome supplies were much appreciated: water in the fridge, coffee capsules, milk, Nesquik sachets, herbal teas, sugar, sweetener, and muffins. There was helpful information about the city and nearby places to visit, handy if you haven’t planned everything or still have time to explore. The kitchen had the everyday utensils and cutlery, plus trash bags, a scouring pad, dishcloth, dish soap, and a kitchen towel. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked too, with a radiator for colder months, hand soap by the sink, shower gel and shampoo in the shower, towels, a bath mat, a magnifying mirror, and a hairdryer. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting the area.

It’s a really spacious, comfortable apartment, with lovely terraces and a garden. Everything was very clean. We’ll be back.
