After a very hard day of more than 23 km, I managed only a 30-second shower because I couldn’t stand there surrounded by the dirt. Everything was extremely filthy, chaotic and unsettling. Hair of all colors covered the sheets, the bathrooms were dirty, and many corners were a complete dump. There was accumulated dirt and rubble everywhere. Even the entrance ceiling light, covered in dust and cobwebs, said it all. I didn’t feel comfortable at any point, and there were so many problems I don’t even want to list them all. I don’t think this place should be open to the public. It was also the most expensive albergue of the whole Camiño, which I still can’t understand. I don’t recommend it and will never return.

The host was lovely, and the Camino stamp is fabulous. Even so, this was the worst Albergue we stayed in on our trip. It needs a deep clean and investment. Such a shame, because it could be much better. It seems to be living off its former glory.

I really liked having somewhere to dry my shoes, and the owner was super friendly and helpful. The rooms and breakfast were good too. The ‘Camino’ stamp is the most beautiful one, and it’s only for guests!

I chose this accommodation because of the good reviews, but my stay was very disappointing. The place wasn’t very clean, and last night I was terribly bitten by bed bugs. See photos. I couldn’t sleep at all, and there was no owner or staff around to help during the night. They didn’t even offer any reimbursement, which I find unbelievable. This wasn’t what I expected at all. Go sleep at another hostel.
