The wine they serve with dinner comes from their own winery. It was lightly fruity and fragrant, fresh and light, with a nice acidic structure. I stayed just one night at Casal dos Celenis on my Camino de Santiago from Porto to Santiago de Compostela, and the country house was such a beautiful, peaceful place. There are spacious, comfortable rooms, a huge garden, and a refreshing saltwater pool. The atmosphere was lovely, with good vibes and a real sense of relaxation. I'd highly recommend it for a peaceful, laid-back holiday.

I only had one night here because it was a stop on my Camino Português, and I wish I could have stayed longer. The accommodation picked me up and dropped me off again in the morning so I could continue my Camino. This beautiful country estate is such a perfect place to spend some free time. If I did the trip again, I'd book another night or two. Words and photos don't do it justice.

It's about 6 km from Caldas de Reis, a little off our Portugal Camino walking route, but the quiet countryside setting was lovely and just right for a rest day. We spent one night at the casa. The hostess looked after us with a tasty dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended if you don't mind the extra distance from the route.

The hostess was lively, took real pride in the beautiful hotel, and made us feel very cared for. She picked us up in Caldas de Reies. We really wished we had more than one night to enjoy the peaceful garden, fruit trees, and outdoor pool during our Camino Portugués.

A little off the Camino route, but this cozy, comfortable country estate was a great place to stay. The dinner they made was incredibly good, and the hostess, Angie(?), was friendly and happy to accommodate all our requests. I'd highly recommend it.
