Both dinner and breakfast were five stars for me, with lovely food and service in a beautiful, quiet setting.

Sant Carles, north of Santa Eularia, is where you’ll find it. You’ll almost certainly need a car to get there, but I thought the drive was worthwhile. The setting is lovely, and there are enough tables for larger groups. The meal was somewhere between good and very good. A few small details could have been better, but I came away with a positive impression. A very pleasant surprise, especially for somewhere a bit away from the usual coastal spots.

Seeing the sunset over the beautiful natural surroundings while eating some of the island’s best food was a real treat. I had the tasting menu, which was fantastic, and the service was great. The restaurant was wonderful. On the way in, the horses seemed to be calling for a pet, and the nature along the drive was stunning. It felt like such a peaceful sanctuary. I’m sure the hotel and spa are just as amazing.

The food was mind-blowingly delicious, and the prices felt extremely reasonable for that quality. The whole place was immaculate, and the staff were attentive, exceptional and highly trained. We were blown away and will come back for another tasting menu in summer.

The scenery was gorgeous and almost magical. We had the chef’s menu, and while several plates were pretty good, the steak was the standout, pure perfection.
