We enjoyed the clean, relaxing pool area, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout, with good local tips. The room was spacious, modern, and spotless, with the essentials we needed, including a handy fridge. The bed was comfortable, and we slept well every night. Staff were welcoming and attentive, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast had a great range of fresh, tasty choices. Dinner was the letdown: the presentation was fine, but the flavor and quality didn’t live up to the rest of the hotel. I’d skip it and try local restaurants instead. There’s no safe in the room, but that small downside didn’t outweigh the rest of the stay. We’d definitely come again, just choose somewhere else for dinner. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was good and easy to have every day, though it was the same each morning. It’s a short walk to the “city” of Callela and the beach. There are lots of stores, mostly selling the same things, but it’s still fine to wander around. There’s entertainment every night, which is nice, though I think the hotel is a bit expensive for what you get. Our room was okay, nothing special, and we had one of the older rooms that hadn’t been updated much. The bed felt like it might cause back problems, but thankfully it didn’t. The cleaning lady was so sweet and kept everything nice and clean. Bar and pool staff seemed quite annoyed at first, then relaxed a bit and smiled sometimes. You can load money onto your room card and save a few cents on drinks or food.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I really enjoyed my stay. I had a city view and balcony with very little noise, and the room was good value since I spent most of my time around town or on the beach opposite. The room was modern and a good size, with a comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning that ran quietly. The shower had great pressure and temperature, and basic toiletries and towels were replaced when needed. There was a free safe in the room, and I picked up its key at reception on arrival. One tiny issue: moving the shower to one side let water onto the floor. Once I got used to it, I could just keep a towel there. Looking forward to coming back.

We had a great stay, with a clean room, really kind and helpful staff, and an absolutely amazing breakfast. The hotel isn’t right by the beach, but it’s about a 10-minute walk at most, and a nice stroll in the morning or evening. The location can be a little noisy at night because there’s a bar and disco nearby, but it didn’t bother us. The room was cleaned daily and we got fresh towels every day too.
