The location made the trip easy, just a two-minute stroll to the beach. We had a really enjoyable week and no complaints. Some of the criticism in other posts seems unfair to me, though everyone can have their own opinion. The pool area was spotless, with plenty of sunbeds. There were even more stacked in a corner, so I’m not sure where one recent review’s claim came from. WiFi worked very well throughout the hotel, which meant we didn’t need to pay for expensive roaming. The pool bar snacks, like chips, hot dogs and toasties, were great, and the drinks were consistently good quality. Our room was clean and had modern decor, though the walls are thin and you can hear next door. The food was fresh, varied and good quality. I feel qualified to say that because of my profession. There were salads, show cooking with chicken, beef and fish, hot dishes under lamps, and cakes and ice cream for dessert. Breakfast even had a big Nutella pump. A big credit to Brian from the animation team. He’s a cracking guy and really puts in the work to get people involved. He even let a cheerleading team staying at the hotel do a short performance. Hope the hotel keeps up the good work.

Not far from the beach, and a really good hotel. Bryan and his teammate were great. I’ve never done this kind of thing before, but this lad made me feel like I could. Big bro ✨✨✨ Big credit to the chain hotel. It was a surprise here.

We were in the area for an event during the day, so I called reception to ask about checking in late, around 2 or 3 a.m. The woman confirmed it would be possible because reception is open 24/7. But when we arrived close to 3 a.m. that same night, the man at the desk said no, even though rooms were still available. After the earlier confirmation, and with all the time and money we’d spent getting there, that felt hugely disrespectful. He offered no alternative and basically left us out on the street for the night. I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.

Brian and Mariona are the goats, and Big Daddy was there with us too. This is the best hotel here. Everyone is amazing, and the food and the place are just as good.

We booked this last minute for a quick all-inclusive getaway. The hotel was pretty quiet, and the location is great. The pool was nice, with no need to reserve sunbeds. Staff were helpful, and the restaurant was modern and very nice, with good food and lots of choice. The rooms are a bit basic, but very clean and cleaned every day. My only complaint is that one of the young guys at the bar made a rum and Pepsi in a pint glass. Even I thought that was a bit much 😳. Very good hotel, and I’d definitely recommend it.
