10/10
We booked four rooms for the family and stayed four nights for the Barcelona Ironman. The hotel was very well placed for the event, particularly close to the start and transition area. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, bright and airy, and looked over the pool. Housekeeping was excellent, and breakfast was very good. The bar food wasn't great, and it stopped being served at 9pm, which was inconvenient. The bar staff made up for a lot, especially Jose, Jefferson and Dada (?). They were attentive, polite and friendly, and nothing seemed too much trouble. They were exceptional and a real credit to the hotel. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the Barcelona area.

Breakfast was good, but the walls between rooms were thin, and the man at reception wasn't friendly. I had trouble walking, so the beach felt quite far away, and the stairs were a problem too. The hotel was presented as right by the beach, but that wasn't the case. I can't recommend it and won't return.

The staff were caring and helpful. When we needed a doctor, they arranged it promptly. Reuben deserves a special thank you for helping us with restaurant bookings, recommendations and taxis. The bar staff were friendly and attentive too. Thanks to Jefferson, Daniel and Daddo. This hotel is definitely worth visiting.

10/10
The service was top notch, and our room was perfect, with a cute little balcony. I was there for my birthday, and they very kindly sent up a bottle of champagne. Breakfast was awesome, and I loved the swimming pool too.

8/10
Our room was clean and had a balcony with a sea view, and the staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast buffet was acceptable, though there wasn't much variety. The train station is easy to get to, but it can be noisy late at night and might disturb your sleep. We took a bus transfer, but with the ten-minute walk to the bus station and the wait, the train would have been a better choice.
