It’s a good hotel apart from the food setup. Finding the vegetables feels like hide and seek, since you’d expect them together but they’re spread out. By the time I get everything and sit down, the meal is only lukewarm. The food itself is ok.

I keep coming back because I love this hotel. I was here in Sept, returned in Nov, and I’m due back in June and Sept next year. The only annoying thing in the room is the tiny ants. They’re not a big enough problem to spoil the stay, though. A little insect repellent helped when I tried it. In Sept, I told reception, and the cleaner tried to keep them away too. That seemed to work, though I don’t know what she used.

The water circuit made for a lovely day, with its 10 steps off sauna, steam and dipping pools at different temperatures. I went to the spa to celebrate a big birthday and had a fantastic hot stone massage. We also spent the day by the pool. Thoroughly enjoyable.

The food’s been really good so far, with lots of choice and everything well cooked. The beachside location is great, and local amenities aren’t far away. The standard room is very spacious, though it could use more storage and places to hang things. So far, a great experience.
