The set menu is great, with local food served in a relaxed way. It’s usually busy, so book ahead.

We had a brilliant day trip from Valencia, especially after La Ruta del Aigua in Chelva. The views are stunning, the staff are super friendly, and all the food was delicious. The morcilla with cauliflower purée and quails egg was incredible.
The views are lovely, particularly from a table in the first dining section, and the food was excellent. Every Pica pica dish was delicious, and the Arroz meloso was really tasty. It was well worth the 50km trip, with an easy drive up the CV35. I emailed to book and got prompt, helpful replies. Since someone at our table didn’t eat fish, I asked whether they could make the Pica pica menu all meat, and that was no problem. The entrance has steps, but there’s a ramped rear route through the kitchen for anyone with reduced mobility.
I’ve had lunch here five times now, and the food is terrific. Awesome place.
The best place in Valencia’s “the Serranía”. It’s a bit of a trip from Valencia, but trying it is a safe bet. Nothing more to add.
