Beach House in Puntas de Calnegre

We stayed at Casa Anavincente in Punta de Calnegre for two weeks at the beginning of November, with our little dog. The enclosed terrace was fantastic, with several pieces of furniture on it, and the house felt cozy and nautical from the moment we arrived. It was fully furnished, very clean, and the bathroom, renovated a few years ago, had excellent water pressure. The internet stayed stable throughout our stay, and Wilhelm and José were always friendly and helpful in their communication. We had a wonderful time in this lovely house by the sea, thank you so much. The terrace gave us a direct sea view and the sound of the waves for many lovely hours. The beach by the house is dark and not very well maintained, though that may have been because of the season. Three good restaurants right next door were still open while we were there, serving tapas, rice dishes, and other meals. There’s a tobacconist in the small village, but bread and other groceries mean a drive of about 10 minutes. Coming from Mazarrón, the area is marked by vegetable plantations; farther toward Águilas, it gets more natural. Three beautiful bays accessible by car border the village in that direction. Absolutely wonderful!
