The shower didn't work, and the hygiene was poor throughout. I ended up sleeping on dirty sheets covered in hair and other organic matter. I contacted the owner before 9 am, but he refused to come before 7 pm. I asked to have clean sheets so I could take my naps, and he wouldn't agree until I threatened to report him to the tourism board. I waited from 9 am until noon. When he finally showed up, he told me to change the duvet cover myself. He said he didn't think it was dirty without even looking at it, then told me to leave. I eventually had to go and lost a day of my vacation. We'll see whether I get a refund, one way or another.

The communal pool was lovely for a swim, and the apartments look out over Cantal beach, where the water is clear and calm. We arrived today after months of confinement and really like the place. It's super clean, too. Lorena kindly offered us a kayaking package, which we're doing tomorrow, and we're excited about it. We hope to stay and enjoy a few more days. Thank you!
