allsun Hotel Bella Paguera

The food was amazing, and the staff were lovely. They went the extra mile to make our stay a good one. The hotel itself is pretty nice. My only small complaint is that the room bathroom has no window or extractor, which would make sense.

We stayed seven nights. Most guests seemed to be German, which wasn’t surprising since all the holidays are booked through the German travel agency Alltour. The hotel was recently reconstructed, and the restaurant is very modern. Some rooms have only been partly redone, so a few pieces of old furniture remain. Our room was small but cozy, and we had no major issues, though it wasn’t the one shown on the travel agency website. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean, with daily cleaning except Tuesdays. Table tennis, tennis, and mini golf were free, and the sea is about 300 metres away. The all-inclusive offering was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was the same every day but okay. Lunch and dinner were worse: the starters, cold dishes, and desserts were quite tasty, but the hot meals were bland, with a small selection of meat, mostly two types. There were also queues to get to the buffet’s hot food. The thing I really hated was the sunbed war. The pool entrance opens around 9:30am, and within ten minutes people try to reserve sunbeds with towels, then leave. Half the beds are just kept with towels. If you come at 10:00, you have no chance of getting one. There’s a really nice roof terrace with spectacular views, though it’s a pity the skybar there is closed. Overall, 7/10.

The staff across the hotel were friendly and seemed to love their jobs. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. There’s a great open-air balcony, a swimming pool, delicious food, and fun evening activities.

There was a good variety of food each day, and the hygiene and cleaning were at a high level. Everyone in the restaurant, reception, and room service was very nice and friendly. I had a great time here and definitely recommend the hotel.
