The staff kept us well informed from booking right through to arrival, and communication was superb. The accommodation was clean and newly decorated, with self-catering apartments just a short distance from the beach and shopping centre. I’d highly recommend them, but book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

I’m not commenting on the accommodation itself, but on the owner’s response. The day before we were due to arrive in Mallorca, I learned Berlin airport would be closed because of airport staff strikes. I asked the owner for a 50% refund, but he refused. He also wouldn’t let us change the dates to another month. I felt there was no willingness to find a solution that worked for both sides, and no humanity in the way it was handled.

The owner was no trouble, and I’d definitely recommend the place. The location is very good, close to the beach. The apartments are really large and clean, and every room had a balcony, even the kitchen :)).

The terrace is huge and has places to sit, and the apartment quality is good with steady hot water. In the kitchen, though, there were no basics like salt, oil, tea or coffee. Traffic was noisy.

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great spot. Ziane, the on-site liaison, is very helpful. I’d stay there again and recommend it.
