We found a lot of ants in our room, and the beds were hard while the sofa was really uncomfortable. The apartment suites also had no sponge or dish soap, so we had to go out and buy those ourselves. You'll need cash for the many deposits, since they don't take credit cards. The parking key costs €35 and towels are €10 each. This didn't feel like a four-star hotel to us. The staff seemed short on empathy and experience, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff made a real effort, especially the female waiters who paid so much attention to our son. We could tell he loved it. Breakfast was very nice, though dinner was disappointing most days and only okay on a few. We were happy with the size of the apartment, too, and stayed for a week with our son. The air conditioning was the big problem. We could hear it running and feel cold air coming out, so it wasn't broken, but the room never cooled down. Even with the setting at 10 degrees, it stayed at 27, and we had to buy a table fan to sleep at night. It was clearly very old. For what we paid, we expected much better. It was a good stay overall, but the air conditioning needs fixing.

The restaurant buffet was great for both breakfast and dinner, and the servers were warm, welcoming and professional. We spent three nights with family in the apartments and had a pleasant stay. Reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Marga. I'd recommend it for families with kids.

The restaurant food was excellent, with plenty of choices, and half board is both affordable and good value. The serving staff were amazing with children. Peguera is easy to explore from here, and there's a nearby bus stop with routes to Palma and the airport. The private pool was well kept and had enough sun loungers. Our apartment was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and service was friendly. Getting a high chair for our baby from reception was surprisingly difficult, even though the hotel advertises them for rent. Laundry service is quite expensive, but there's a good laundry place nearby.
