The quiet setting up on the cliff was a real plus, with lovely views and no noise from the strip. Our rooms were side by side, which was kind of the staff, and they were clean, comfortable, modern and nicely done. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and warm. The facilities were great, though the gym is very basic and could use an upgrade. Breakfast was fantastic, so I’d definitely add it to the booking. Lunch and dinner, though, were poor quality for the high prices, and poolside drinks were very overpriced too. Still, we had a lovely stay at Elba Sunset.

Getting back up the hill could be a tough walk. I was seven months pregnant during our stay, so that’s something to consider, though it’s a personal factor rather than a complaint about the hotel. The views were a major highlight, and breakfast had both a great range and good quality. Dinner was good too, but a few more choices on the menu would be welcome. We had a really good stay and would happily come back.

Flor and her colleague, whose name started with A, welcomed us for the spa and massage. They each gave me and my partner a massage, and we also had an hour to use the facilities. Everything was spotless, professional, and well worth what we paid. Thanks so much. We’ll stay here next time we visit Palma. Such a beautiful hotel.

The calm sea views and convenient location were lovely, and the people and service were nice. Our room was clean and fine overall. One thing to fix is the double bed, which is really two single beds pushed together and they slide around. Street-facing rooms can be noisy even though the road itself is fairly quiet. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was so bad I couldn’t drink it.

We were after a quiet four-night getaway and the hotel, room and location all impressed us. Sitting outside our amazing room and watching boats pass across the panoramic sea view was lovely. The staff were polite and friendly throughout. We’d recommend it without hesitation.
