INNSiDE by Meliá Calviá Beach

The reception team were attentive, friendly and helpful throughout, which we really appreciated. The omelette they made fresh when we asked was quite good, too. The room made the stay uncomfortable. It felt humid and damp the whole time, and there was a lingering bad smell from the bathroom. We were told the air conditioning wasn't available yet because it wasn't the right time of year, so the humidity was harder to manage. Opening the balcony door let flies in, since there wasn't an insect screen. Breakfast was disappointing, with most of the food cold. Reception service was great, but the room and breakfast fell short.

The location was perfect, and breakfast was good, though I wish they'd use better coffee beans to help with a hangover. The bed was really comfortable, and the room was well insulated, so I slept well after a long night of club-hopping. I'm not expecting a standard hotel to be perfect, but those things stood out. Thanks for the service.

The room was spotless, a 10/10. They cleaned every day and replaced the towels daily, and the service from the staff was just as good. Had an amazing stay here, and I'd strongly recommend checking it out. Greetings from Bulgaria 🏝️🍀

The pool area was nice, with plenty of sunbeds, and the hotel was close to the main party street without being too noisy. We went in September, when it wasn't too busy, and the beach and Starbucks were an easy walk away. My friend and I stayed three nights after another friend recommended it. On checkout day, the staff let us use the gym showers after we'd spent the day by the pool. I'd definitely pick this hotel again if I return to La Palma.
