Ana and Sonia made the stay special for my wife and me, and I want to thank them for all they did. The staff were pleasant and extremely helpful, and our room was lovely and clean. The location is handy for walking to the amenities, strip and bars, while still being on the quieter side of town. For the money, it’s good value and easily the best three-star hotel we’ve stayed in. We’d happily return.

A brilliant few days away with the girls for my friend’s birthday. Antonio brought the fun out of everyone, and the DJ and atmosphere by the pool were great. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the service was good. Such a good stay.

We had a lovely time, and the food was good every time. The rooms were great and always clean, and everyone from reception to the lifeguards made us feel welcome. Antonio and Steven were brilliant, and all the staff were so friendly.

I found the stay disappointing. The wristband guests have to wear all the time was uncomfortable, and poor soundproofing in the room made it hard to rest. Breakfast didn’t start until after 9 a.m., which wasn’t convenient for early risers. For €13, the choice was very limited: just two small pieces of bacon and two slices of cheese as the protein options. Our keycards also stopped working twice, which was frustrating.

For what it costs and its star rating, this place is perfect. The rooms are clean and stylish, the atmosphere is great, and there’s a pool, hot tub and bar area. The staff were great too. The walk up the hill is the one small downside. The gym is well equipped, and I’d come back without hesitation.
