Plazamar Serenity Resort

The entertainment team, especially Saul and Maria, made the experience wonderful. They were amazing with adults as well as kids, and our girls loved them. The food was surprisingly good and quite decent, and the bar staff were very friendly. The rooms and facilities were very clean and comfortable, though not luxurious. With good restaurants and an amazing beach just 5 minutes away, I found it hard to imagine a better 3-star resort.

The kids entertainer was really good, a lovely guy who deserves a medal. It was a 5 min walk into the resort, and after seeing the sister hotel across the road on our last day, we wished we'd stayed there instead. It looked 100 times better. The pool area was okay, though it felt a bit cramped some days. We stayed for a week, and our room was cleaned every other day. The walls were paper thin, and with an adjoining door we could hear the next room's TV every morning at half 6. The cleaners' storage room was opposite us too, so if the telly didn't wake you, the cleaners would. I'd probably not stay here again, though I'd go back to Santa ponsa.

Maria and Saul from the kids club and mini disco team were BEYOND AMAZING. They were so sweet to our three daughters, who loved going to the kids club and mini disco every day. The hotel was wonderful too, with a great pool, wonderful restaurant food, and a lovely location. I highly recommend it for families with children!

The hotel has a lovely homely feel, and the public areas are immaculate. Smoking and vaping aren't allowed around the pool. The buffet food was all very tasty, with a great selection that changed daily. Our room was immaculate too, and the staff were absolutely fabulous. Whatever we asked for, it was sorted immediately. I couldn't recommend this place enough.
